I just stumbled upon this on Amazon! Believe it or not, you can actually buy some good old radioactive Uranium Ore from Amazon.com. yes, its true.

The website states that its “Useful for testing Geiger Counters” and is “Shipped in labeled metal container”. Now, I don’t know how safe this is or if it will pass through customs, but if you are interested, you can get it Here. and its cheap too, only $29.95 per sample.

I just found this and am shocked - I have to think this is a fake. All the reviews at Amazon seem to think it’s also a fake.

If you do a bit of background reading you will find that there are differnt types or uranium, and this one isn’t very radioactive. A few places point out taht you can handle it as long as you are careful not to inhale any small fragments. Then ur a bit screwed i think. The reviews are just people having a laugh, they’r not saying its fake.
