All bloggers want to have a cool, great looking blog, that attracts lots and lots of visitors, Some bloggers do have such blogs, and some don’t, and for those bloggers who don’t, here are some tips that will help them become very, very popular and help their blog look extra sweet!

1 → You need to place as many flashing banners and badges as possible on your blog, Be sure to have them of all shapes and sizes and of contrasting hard to miss colors, like neon green and bright red. Also make sure they are located on every part of your blog, header, sidebars, footer, and inside the content. This will get people to notice your blog and surely remember it.

2 → Make sure to use either a really really really big font for your blog, or a really really really small one. Some of your visitors might be blind you know, and others might be eagle-eyed, you need to consider both. very few people can read a normal font.

3 → Make sure that the images you use on your blog, especially the blog header, are very large, in terms of size and dimension, a new statistic has shown that readers like to wait for images and pages to load, it gives them a sense of anticipation.

4 → You need to create a new category for every new post. You should have at least 1 category for each post, the hither the ratio the better of course, your blog readers will love that, always give them as many choices as possible. this also shows your readers how sophisticated you are.

5 → widgets and gadgets, You need to have as many of these as possible in both your sidebars.. There are thousands of those online, grab as many of them as possible and add them to your blog, you have the choice of new crap 2.0 like blogrush, mybloglog, entrecard and others, and theres always the good old crap 1.0 classics like visitor maps, statistics, moods, weather, clock, random images of fluffy animals.. etc.

6 → When writing new posts, be sure to make them as long as possible, large blocks of text mean intellect, never add any images and try to make your post “seem” boring, this will show your readers that you are a professional. and they’ll adore you for it.

7 → (This is optional but highly advised) Add an auto-playing song to your blog. preferably a loud noisy crappy one, wait, don’t get me wrong, this has a good purpose to it, this will help shake things up and make sure that your readers stay at attention when they are reading your blog, you don’t want your readers to get bored, do you? you need them awake and energetic. For example: Don’t touch this, by MC Hammer, is a favorite.

8 → I’ve talked about using extra large/small fonts, another very important attribute you must apply to your fonts is to use contrasting or hard to read colors for fonts and the blog background, for example, Green on Red, dark Grey on Black. this will help make sure your readers are always focused!

9 → This step is very important, probably the most important, You need to make sure that readers of your blog MUST register before being able to leave a new comment. statistics have found that blog readers have a lot of extra time and love to waste it on unnecessary steps.

10 → Okay, I don’t have a Tenth point, but you can add here whatever idea that comes to mind, as long as it is consistent with the previous points.
