~ Feedback wanted.
Over the past week or so, I’ve been tuning and tweaking the website in terms of design and performance, I have optimized the images and the code and the website should load faster now, and of course there is the new design wich is a remake of an older version of bakkouz.net, I have also added the ability to subscribe to posts by email.
As far as my testing went, the optimization process was effective, and the website is faster and sleeker now, not to mention the fresh new look. However, I am curious to know what you think.

i love the design. amazing. very much something i wud like to do, only difference is i wud do it more goth, or more tribal designs with stronger colors.. but thats me
i love the option of editing that u added.

I can’t feel that it’s faster. It was fast to begin with.
New look is nice, but diverges from your original dark one. But it’s good. I don’t mind the lighter color
But the Ads man… the ads!

I like the lighter colors, much easier on the eye..
W it was fast in the first place, didnt notice any change in this regard..

I like the new changes, but the colors at the header don’t match.
Glad to see the RSS button got smaller.

Add to them two degrees of brown, sha3ro la Bakkouz el catoon
and the very top of the header. I don’t like the mix.

Good improvement, but to clarify the problem that Lalla Mira felt about the header, it is not with the colours, but rather with the style of drawing Bakkouz’ face and the background’s swashes.
The simple clear colours of the whole site, made the header look very heavy and out of tun”, especially with the three different layers of styles; one being the thin sleek swashes, then above that the thick bold, yet still curvy swashes -that contradict with the ones behind them- and finally the Bakkouz face that now looks pasted onto the other two layers as if it was done by another person.
My advice is to revisit the drawing (especially Bakkouz’ head) and unify the style of the background. All should be done together with the same spirit.
Remember, the header has become the main design/identity in your new blog, it can either make it or break it.
You can also play around with the colours of the face, just as your face is not yellow, your hair doesn’t have to match your real hair colour.

I read the subject of this post since 2 days, i think it’s “facebook wanted” not feedback wanted :neutral:
btw, I like the banner of the new design, the colors are better than b4, y3ny fe tnasoQ .. nice new and fresh look..
n.b: be carefull about the ADS which show on the bottom of the page, they show some XX ads, look about this ad *** (it’s better to remove the link after you see it)
It’s randomly ads, so you can see this add every many refrsh for the page…
another thing, If you make “Bakkouz” word which placd on the banner up with special font (logo) it will be nice idea :)
