~ Where is my Mind.

Life is short, too short, centuries and ages have come to pass and civilizations have come and gone. where do we as humans fit in the master plan of the universe? do we really matter? the earth which contains us all is no larger and no more significant than a dust particle compared to the awesomeness of the universe. how do you as an individual, as a human being fit in the grand scheme of things? may you be a begger or a king, may you be the richest man on earth or the poorest of the poor, what difference does it make? We are after all, irrelevant.

Stop trying to control everything and just let go. stop worrying about perfection in your life. break free from the shackles of the material world… Just let go, and remember:

* Only after we lose everything we’re free to do anything
* You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake
* You are the same decaying organic matter as everything else
* We are part of the same compost heap
* You are not your bank account
* You are not the clothes you wear
* You are not the contents of your wallet
* You are not the car you drive
* The things you own end up owning you
* Deliver me some Swedish furniture
* Deliver me some clear skin and perfect teeth
* Let me never be complete
* May I never be content
* Let’s evolve, and let the chips fall where they may
* This is your life, it doesn’t get any better than this
* Nothing is static, everything is evolving, everything is falling apart
* This is your life, and it’s ending one minute at a time
* You have to realize that someday you will die - until you know that, you are useless
