~ How the hell is it Wednesday?

Yesterday was a typical work day, I went home after work, prepared myself a nice meal, watched some TV, had a shower and got myself ready for the night’s events, I went out, met some friends and we hung out and all the usual stuff, I went home, took off my clothes and sat down in front of the PC when i got a text message on my Phone, i read the message and deleted it immediately as I always do, force of habit, when i noticed the date, it said Wednesday, I thought to myself: this can’t be right! I looked at the date on the PC and sure enough it said Wednesday too, but I still could not believe it, it can’t be Wednesday, it just can’t, I was pretty sure that it was Thursday, something is definitely wrong, I called home and my mom confirmed that it was indeed Wednesday, at this point I was feeling like a character in a Sci Fi Movie, when one wakes up and its already 2000 years into the future and everything around him has changed. I was so sure it was Thursday yet everything else confirmed otherwise. I was totally lost.

How could this happen? See, my biological clock is very precise, I could always know what day it is, 12 years of the same routine of waking up at the exact time and going to work Sundays to Thursdays does that to you. I could always sense the Weekend, it just felt different, and yesterday felt just like a Thursday, but it wasn’t, could it be that something bizzare happened which caused a shift in the Time/Space Continuum? or maybe I was just going insane as was inevitable? Who knows, All I know is I am now at work, writing this post and having my morning coffee, and yet I still believe today should have been a Friday!
