~ أردني يطلق زوجته بعد 12سنة لعدم عذريتها
أصدرت محكمة أردنية حكما غيابيا بالإعدام شنقا بحق أب شارك مع شقيقيه بقتل ابنته بعد أن طلقها زوجها لشكه في عذريتها، والغريب في الأمر أن ذلك الزوج الذي يدعى جلال كان قد تزوج من “المغدورة” افتخار عام 1987 وقضى معها 12 عاما وأنجب منها العديد من الأطفال لكنه قرر تطليقها لأنه كان اكتشف في ليلة الزفاف أنها لم تكن “عذراء”.
وعندما اكتشف جلال عدم عذرية زوجته -التي كانت حضرت مع أهلها من الضفة الغربية إلى الأردن بغرض الارتباط مع زوجها- قرر الصبر والتحمل، غير أن الخلافات استمرت بين الزوجين وفي عام 2000 قرر الزوج تطليق زوجته وإعادتها إلى أهلها، وذلك وفقا لما ورد في صحيفة “القدس العربي”
وبعد ان علم الأهل بقرار جلال بتطليق ابنتهم وبالسبب الذي دعاه لذلك قرروا الحضور إلى الاردن لقتلها انتقاما منها لأنها أساءت إلى شرف العائلة، حيث حضر والدها وأعمامها، وتوجهوا إلى منزلها وتظاهروا امام زوجها وأهله انهم يريدون ان يصطحبوها معهم الي الضفة الغربية، الا انهم سلكوا بالسيارة طريقا يؤدي الي أحراش في شمال الأردن وأقدم ثلاثتهم علي طعنها بالسلاح الابيض في مناطق قاتلة من جسمها وأردوها قتيلة ثم القوا بالجثة تحت الاشجار، وغادروا بنفس اليوم إلى الضفة الغربية وكان ذلك في احد أيام صيف 2000
وفي اليوم التالي واثناء مرور مواطن بالمنطقة مسرح الجريمة، شاهد الجثة وأبلغ الشرطة التي بدأت بمسح المنطقة والكشف على الجثة لتحديد هويتها وتم ضبط سكين قرب الجثة ولم يعرف في حينه اسم المجني عليها
وفي عام 2006 أي بعد 6 سنوات من الجريمة اتصل أحدهم بالشرطة وأبلغ عن اختفاء “المغدورة” من 6 سنوات، وقد أعيد فتح ملف القضية من جديد وارسلت الشرطة الي الضفة الغربية طلبا لاحضار ولديها وبعد وصولهما تم اجراء فحص D N A بعد أن اخدت عينات من الدم منهما ومقارنتها مع دم الأم وأكد الفحص الجيني الوراثي انها امهما
وعلى اثر ذلك تم تحديد هوية الجناة وقـــررت محكمة الجنايات الكبري اجراء محاكمـــتهم غيابيا واعتبارهم مجـــرمين فــــارين من وجه العـــدالة وتم تبـــليغهم قرارا أمهلهم لتســليم انفسهم لاعادة محاكمتهم من جديد الا انهم لم يسلموا انفسهم ضمن المهلة المحددة، وفي يوم النطق بالحكم قررت هيئة المحكمة أن نية الاب وشقيقيه بقتلها كانت مبيتة ومصمما عليها ولم تكن نية وليدة لحظتها، لذا قررت تجريمهم بجناية القتل العمد بالاشتراك والحكم عليهم بالاعدام شنقا حتي الموت

OmAr … and that’s what saddens me the most in these cases
Qwaider, this story is certainly more believable than the story you posted about the poor Palestinian guy who was executed in UAE because he killed the old national in self defense and then after the sheikh canceled the ruling, the daughter of the victim pushed some buttons and got him executed
The point is that this story happens every day … maybe there are some missing facts but still … it happens … so no need to ridicule others for their comments, don’t you think?
